Fire Island residents have been hiding a secret they do not want to know. Not the kind of thing to talk about at parties in New York, or gossip with friends at football games for their children. Not the kind of things are discussed in school activities of their children, and if they do just talk quietly to a select few. It's something I try to keep largely to themselves.
The secret revealed - Fire Island is the perfect place to go for their summer holidays.
Thus, long-term residents of Fire Island have known for years Fire Island is the perfect place to go for their summer vacation, and I want you to tell the world about it.
Only among friends in our select group I'm going to give you five reasons why the Fire Island is the ideal place for this summer. Please do not tell everyone about it. We do not want to spoil this beautiful haven of warm we had fun and happy during the summers of pure happiness. You can keep a secret, right?
1. Tucked away in some quiet roads near the beach and town are wonderful and unique homes that offer residents the island of fire with the perfect place to spend your summer, a few steps from the sandy beaches and bright blue waters.
2. Car traffic is prohibited except for authorized vehicles with special permits in this island of dreams so you do not have to worry by the sounds of cars and emissions, and is just steps away from everything you could want from the beach to the quaint village shops and restaurants.
3. Your island paradise is located between the bay and the Atlantic Ocean off Long Island, New York, and is less than an hour from New York by car or train. With a house on Fire Island can avoid spending half your weekend full of people traveling by road to reach your destination.
4. This is the place to go if you want to enjoy your privacy and have the opportunity to socialize with family and friends at the same time. You can stay home and barbecue or visit the many excellent restaurants and nightlife of the city. The choice is yours. There is no pressure. This is your informal summer to relax and do what you want.
5. Many residents return year Fire Island after year. Many of them own their own homes. Some of them rent every year. Whatever your choice, and every time they do: they quickly become part of this special community of people who have the same goals and objectives as it does.
Only I have to warn once again to try to keep this great secret place for you. We do not want everyone to know it, and spoil all our fun this summer.
