His ideal training program in four easy steps

Your ideal fitness program should stay fit, strong, flexible and aware! If you notice that you're not in the same way a few years of high school, here are some ideas to point you in the right direction.

First - Flexibility

His ideal fitness program includes four components. Start with flexibility. The back of the celebration tension and stress in the muscles and body, relaxation and balance that is to maintain flexibility.

Here are some of the objectives and suggestions on how to reach them. Have you ever noticed how children are inflexible? There really is no reason you can not recover that fast relaxation we all had when young, and maintain flexible will help you stay young rather than rigid and stiff.

The practice of yoga helps to recover flexibility and Kundalini Yoga teaches a "breath of fire" that actually accelerates your ability to touch your toes and then bringing the forehead to the knee. This Baseline is a great and nothing is lost if you go slowly, with patience and persistence. Slow and steady is the key.

Cobra pose is excellent for stretching the backbone of the other way. It's like a push up your hips stay on the floor. In all this, be kind and let your progress is gradual and consistent.

Once you've mastered, work on the shoulder stand and plow and was raised to maintain the flexibility of youth for a lifetime.

Second - Strength and muscle tone

To maintain strength here are a couple of good ideas. Get a pair of suitably weighted dumbbells, one for each hand. Just to do a few repetitions every day of biceps curls, shoulder presses for triceps. Lift out and sides to the shoulders, squat few and pectorals. Even centenarians can lift weights!

If you can find one of these devices with pulleys and cables with an incline of the commercial networks, which are great for building strength with low impact. It's kind of fun to work the lower abdominal muscles and these can be easily stretched and lifting their legs for some of the movements of the shoulder. This way you can replace the abs and flatten your stomach still yukky.

Third - Retrieve and natural diet

There is a book called The Miracle of Fasting, proven throughout history for physical rejuvenation, mental and spiritual. It's for decades, has been reprinted something like 50 times, and shows you how to lose weight and keep it off. The idea is to use internal cleansing and cleaning instead of losing anything. Who wants to carry extra "baggage" if not necessary?

Fourth - Walking and running

Almost all the world can walk and is one of the best exercises to more easily carry and you will find almost every muscle into play naturally. After rising to walking speed, try running for short distances or in soft downs and you will find your increased ability.

When the ideal training program includes stretching, toning, walking and improved diet, you have found something they can keep for life, and improve the quality and enjoyment of life in the process.
