This book is great. I book it as a gift and the girl loved it. It is colorful and the story holds their interest. Also has an activity at the end of the book which the kids enjoy.

Enjoyable age appropriate game

I bought this game because of my daughters love of the pony characters. I played through it once to see how difficult it would be for my 3 and 4 year olds to play by themselves. I had to do a little explaining and help on some games at first but, it was very well set up with a map to follow if they get lost and minigames they enjoy playing over and over again. Over all a great buy.

Good game for the 3-5 little girl crowd

I got this game for the sole purpose that it is so easy and does not require much reading, and in that it met my expectations. My 3 year old was able to play it with minimal help, and LOVED getting to open the presents you collect in the game. For any kid over the age of 5 though, this game is going to be WAY too easy. My 3 year old was able to beat it in a couple afternoons with my help, so an older kid could probably start and finish it out in less than an hour. It has mini- games that can be replayed even after you beat it, but they too are fairly simple and would bore an older kid. For little ones though, getting their first DS games, this is a decent beginner one.

Will captivate your 3-6 year old. You will hum the tunes.

We rented this game from GameFly when my DD was 4.5. She quickly finished the game in 2-3 hours. I had to read some of the text to her the first time, but it's really not necessary. The important information is spoken. She LOVES to replay this game, and is currently 5. She keeps asking about it so I finally broke down and bought her one.There is one mini-game she just can't play. It took me forever to figure it out. The dancing game requires that you mimic the other dancing pony by remembering the moves til you get to 6 in a row. The directions on this game are horrible, especially compared to the other games which are well done.Great art and graphics. Good spoken voices. Fits in perfectly with the My Little Pony universe.On the downside, the music is very catchy and you will find yourself humming it, since it will be ingrained in your brain.

Great Game for Young Girls

This is the best game I have bought so far for my 4 year old daughter. She loves trying to find the hidden items and just walking the pony from one area to another. She thinks it's like a treasure hunt. Doesn't require reading on her part which is also a bonus for me! The best game for those beginner players who can't read but want a fun, adventurous game. Well worth the money.

All MLP fans should see this one.... LIVE if you can! We did and it was worth the 8 hr drive. And we bought this one too and the quality is wonderful. This was a well done kids show. Hubby and I were pretty impressed.

My daughter LOVES this movie - she loves everything my little pony though... This is quite a cute DVD with the costumes and the crowd... the tunes are catchy and my daughter loves to sing along - even though she is only 3~ EVERYTIME we go to Blockbuster she HAS to rent this so I am going to finally just buy it for her... save some $$$. Definately worth every penny! Would recommend to any parent of a horse lover!!

I bought this video game for my daughter for Christmas and she has played it for hours. If your child is a fan of My Little Pony and likes computer video games... then this is a must buy.

Potentially a Good Game

Got this for my 4 yr old girl who loves MLP! I really thought this would be a big hit as she also loves computer games. The graphics and ponies are cute and so are the game ideas, BUT it makes you complete them in a specific way & order, which she found frustrating. For example you can't decorate the cake anyway you want, you have to match a random one that comes up on the screen. You also have to complete one beofre you go to the next. We only got half way through the game.
