What food and snacks should i have at my party?
im throwing an all white dance party going to be in my garage with sheets on the walls ceiling and floor splattered with glow in the dark paint we are going to have dj 
Also should i give out like goodie bags or like giftcards????

Well, here's what I'd suggest for a 14-yr-old party, being basically one myself =D
I'm not too sure if you're asking about an informal party with friends, coz our dance parties are usually very casual and friendly XD
So, with the food:
go for stuff, you rlly love, chips, crackers and dip, slices, cakes, lollies, go mainly snacky foods, too much heavy food, tends to put ppl outta the mood for dancing.
I like your setting, the 'glow-in-the'dark' theme is fantastical! but if you want to make it more 'pretty' i'd suggest the following being a huge fan of decorating myself =]
decorate the tables, with a simple white, or plain coloured table cloth and then sprinkle, glow stars and various accessories all around teh table, metallic stars (like the ones used in art and such) arent bad either.
for ur party bags, my friends and i once did this thing where u kinda get those clear, party bagsfrom soptlight, and paint then urselves, u could splash/flick them with glow in the dark paint, that would look good. goodies definetely, gift-cards can be fun, but it'll be more 'cheaper' and fun for u to use goodie bags XD, and although ppl may enjoy thegift cards, the goodie bags, r more so thoughtful, and very fun at put together, include a variety of things, and personalise each bag!
