Now that Summer is around the corner, all of our boats and gear are ready for take off!

Saturday, May 2nd The Skipper and I will be celebrating a good friends birthday! Her name is Sandra and she will be turning 26. The two of us would like to welcome you aboard the S.S. Minnow for a 3 hour tour.

Take off begins at 1:00PM Sharp. The location where we will be boarding is located at: X. Vassar Ave, Fresno, CA 93703.

It will be a wet event so don’t forget to bring a towel and some
sun block. The BIG KAHUNA is a rip roarin waterslide that will be the entertainment for all the children and adults alike.

Very good! The only thing I would add is a phone number. You will probably want to know how many people will be "on board", so I would include a phone number so they can respond. Other than that, I sure would attend based on this invitation - sounds like fun!

Catering from around Downey?

I am throwing a birthday party for 2 of my children in a few weeks. Since I have 4 kids, it is one of many throughout the year. My children are not picky eaters, but some cousins are. We are sick of pizza, el pollo loco and sandwiches for parties. Does anyone know any other places that offer kid friendly food around Buena Park, Norwalk, La Mirada, Downey or anything in between? It doesn't have to be completely kid food...maybe some options so we could get food for the adults and the children? Chains or small places? Or does anyone know any other chains that caters, so I can see if any are close to that location? I live in Buena Park and the party will be in Downey...so, leaves a lot of options. Thanks for the help!

Any Chinese restaurant around the area will have 1/2 size pans and even full size pans of Chinese food that you can order. Panda is another one. We like to do Mexican food for parties as we have many vegetarian friends (we order them the cheese enchilada's) with rice and beans. You can order from Chili's (but that is pricey).
